Items will be usually shipped by Royal Mail, however, MyVetMeds reserves the right to utilise alternative carriers under certain circumstances (e.g. large or unusually heavy orders).

Orders will usually be dispatched the next working day if ordered by 6pm (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed after 9am Saturday will normally be dispatched on Tuesday.

International orders must be considered conditional until marked as dispatched. Certain items (e.g. flammable liquids) may not be shipped internationally; any international orders for these items may at the discretion of MyVetMeds be cancelled. 

No contract of sale exists until you receive notification that your order has been dispatched.
