·        Do not place any orders online if the products are required in emergency since we are unable to gurantee timely delivery.
·        For medical products, we may time to time ask you for more medical information in order to decide if it would be appropriate to make a supply. This information will be required before we ship anything out.

Average Delivery Times:

UK: 1-3 days
Europe: 1-2 Weeks
Rest of the World: 2-4 Weeks


You should check your local customs requirements before ordering as this is the customer's responsibility and we will not be held responsible in the unlikely situation you are asked to pay fines or import tax.

If deliveries are late, always check your local post office before contacting us (the merchant).

Returns:

Please contact Shirley Pharmacy directly to request a refund. It is the policy of many merchants selling at OneClickPharmacy to offer a prompt refund for returns of goods.

    * Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee
    * If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us (the merchant) in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
    * Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
    * Please note:

   1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
   2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
   3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
   4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
   5. We do not accept medicines, cosmetics and hygiene sensitive products back unless authorised.
