Calmurid 100g Cream for Dry Skin

Calmurid is an emollient, a product which moisturises dry skin and helps to restore normal elasticity.

Calmurid is used for dry, rough, scaly skin conditions such as eczema and related conditions.

Please Note :

Calmurid is acidic and may cause stinging if applied to raw areas or cracks in the skin or to mucous membranes (such as the lips). If stinging occurs, wash the cream off with water.

If stinging is a problem, you may find it helpful to apply Calmurid to moist skin. Alternatively, you can mix Calmurid with an equal amount of Aqueous Cream BP (ask your pharmacist for this) for a week, after which it should be alright to use Calmurid Cream on its own.

Calmurid 100g Cream for Dry Skin

How to use Calmurid :

First wash and dry the affected area

Apply Calmurid as a thick layer over the affected skin

Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rub it in gently

Wipe off excess cream with a tissue (do not wash it off)

Calmurid should be applied in this way twice a day, or more often if recommended by your doctor or pharmacist

If the feet are affected you should ideally soak them in water for 15 minutes and then dry them with a rough towel before applying Calmurid.

Ingredients

Calmurid 100g Cream for Dry Skin

The active ingredients are Urea (10%) and Lactic Acid (5%), both of which are natural substances found in healthy skin. The other ingredients are Glyceryl Monostearate, Betaine Monohydrate, Diethanolamine Cetyl Phosphate, Adeps Solidus, Cholesterol, Sodium Chloride and Purified Water.

I bought the Calmurid 100g Cream for Dry Skin and it turned to be a great product. There are a few Dry Skin products out there but I highly recommend Calmurid . I found Calmurid 100g Cream for Dry Skin much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
