1. Ensure skin is clean and dry.
2. Cut fleecy padding to the required shape.
3. Peel off backing paper and apply padding to the required shape.
4. Change daily or as necessary.

I bought the Carnation Fleecy Padding and it turned to be a great product. There are a few Cushion products out there but I highly recommend Carnation . I found Carnation Fleecy Padding much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
