Directions For Use:

Fill the cap to the line (20ml). Rinse mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, gargle and expel. Do not swallow. Not recommended for children under 6.

I bought the Colgate Plax Alcohol Free Mouthwash and it turned to be a great product. There are a few products out there but I highly recommend Colgate . I found Colgate Plax Alcohol Free Mouthwash much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
