10.7 Applicable laws.
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

11. Medical Information.
You should be aware that information captured will be viewed by our pharmacy team. You should read all product packaging prior to using it. Please contact your doctor or medical advisor if you are unsure about whether you should use a product. You understand that One Click Pharmacy may share your contact details with the manufacturer of items purchased if they offer extended warranty or product aftercare. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.

12. Delivery.
One Click Pharmacy will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. One Click Pharmacy is unable to refund courier delivery charges. Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded. We accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs. If items are dispatched to international destinations but do not arrive we will be unable to offer a refund or resend the goods without repayment of shipping charges. We guarantee the quality of products until they leave our premises however One Click Pharmacy cannot take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transit, photographic evidence must be provided before either a replacement or a refund is considered. We reserve the right to ask you to send the damaged goods back for inspection. We also cannot guarantee the timely delivery of your order once it is in the hands of the shipping company for any reason whatsoever including postal strikes, loss of package or delivery to wrong address by the shipping company.

Our FREE DELIVERY offers are only redeemable on First class UK delivery (£2.85) and on orders bought from OneClickPharmacy directly ONLY. We will not accept them on any other shipping method and merchant orders. The FREE DELIVERY voucher can only be used once per household.

We use third party couriers like DHL, FEDEX and ROYAL MAIL. In the event that your parcels do not arrive on time due to delays made by couriers, we will do our best to help you contact them and try to get your orders to you as fast as possible. However, these companies have polices, e.g. Royal Mail require 14 days to deliver mail if it does not turn up next day for FirstClass post in the UK. Until this period expires, no claims can be filed and we are unable to resend your items or provide any refunds until these investigations are completed in their respective time frames. By placing orders with us, you agree to all delivery terms.

International Transport Regulations: One Click Pharmacy will not post dangerous goods like aerosols and flammables outside the UK, all such orders will be cancelled or alternatives will be offered.

All customers are required to check their own customs and tax laws to import goods into their countries. We do not cover any import duty and is the customer's responsibility.

13. Stock levels.
We stock over 40,000 items in our state of the art 10,000 Square feet capacity Warehouse, items are usually in stock however due to our high turnover, it is inevitable that we ran out of inventory sometimes which would prevent same day despatch.
In most cases, our suppliers and manufacturers deliver to us within 24 hours, orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days. In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your order, we will get in touch with you straightaway to keep you up-to-date on your status.
Manufacturers on occasion discontinue their products for many reasons, we try our best to keep up-to-date with available products. If you place an order and we find out that the product has been discontinued or no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel your order or advise you on alternatives you could try. Full refunds are granted if orders are cancelled.

14. Prescriptions.
OneClickPharmacy charge a £2 administration fee to cancel prescription orders. This fee is charged when we do not receive the physical prescription after an order has been made online. By making a purchase of a prescription item you confirm you have a valid UK prescription; where this is not the case a fee is charged to cover administration costs.
When sending in your prescriptions to us, you must use recorded delivery as otherwise we will not accept responsibility for any lost prescriptions.

15. Pricing & purchasing.
RRP is an abbreviation of Recommended Retail Price. RRP prices are displayed to highlight normal high street prices. We endeavor to manually check RRP prices periodically but cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate in all cases. Please ensure you have checked the sale and RRP prices for yourself before purchasing items from our website. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (currently set by the government at 20%).
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

The sale of products from this website are subject to availability. Your order for a product is an offer to purchase and OneClickPharmacy retains the discretion to refuse your order. No contract of sale is deemed to have taken place until OneClickPharmacy have dispatched your order. No items shall be posted out until full payments for the purchase have been received, including any necessary legal paperwork that may be requested from the customer by One Click Pharmacy.

Price Match Policy: Our offers are valid when full packages are compared, the retail website you are comparing with must be cheaper when accounting for Postage and other charges excluding discounts, points, vouchers, We do not price match against Wholesale sites. Products must be in stock and ready to go. On Sale items are excluded. In the event the company is losing more than 15% on its costs when price matching, this policy is withdrawn without further notice to you. Price match is only valiud before orders are placed and does not apply to prescription medicines.

Our Money Back guarantee is valid on unused products, unopened products returned to us in the same condition as sent out. It is not valid for medicines, cosmetics, foods and other hygene sensitive products.

You must report any missing/damaged orders and items within 7 days of receipt beyond which we will not take responsiiblity for any errors that may have been made.

16. WEEE & Battery Waste.
United Kingdom is under an obligation to minimise the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste and encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal. OneClickPharmacy is committed to promoting the reuse, recycling and recovery of WEEE by contributing to the appropriate compliance schemes. Certain electrical items can not be disposed of in domestic waste but disposed of through an approved WEEE take back scheme. For details of your local collection facilities, please contact your local authority or visit www.recycle-more.co.uk. As our contribution to helping the environment we offer a free take back scheme. If you wish to purchase an electrical item from us and would like us to dispose of your old item in an environmentally friendly way, please contact us. We can only offer this service when an old product has the same use as the new product being purchased. To use our service, please contact our customer services team.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

Battery Waste
Under the Waste Battery Regulations, www.oneclickpharmacy.co.uk are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person (please do not post).

Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com.

Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.

17. Pet Medication Orders.
For pet medication orders, you confirm you will use all licensed products according to the manufacturers datasheets, you are not buying for resale and you are happy for us to contact you if necessary.

21. Veterinary Medicines.
When purchasing veterinary medicines classified as POM-VPS and NFA-VPS you will be required to complete a questionnaire after checkout.
Veterinary medicines will not be despatched unless the questionnaire is properly completed. Our vet/pharmacist/SQP will contact you if they have any queries regarding the appropriateness of the medicine for your animal. Payment for the medicines will not be taken until the questionnaire has been assessed and the supply authorised by our pharmacist.

22. ePrivacy and Cookies.
One Click Pharmacy works with third party regulated companies that improve consumer experience whilst allowing us to provide the best buying opportunities to our customers.
We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you place an order which we then require.

- We work with Affiliate Window, who will track your source and destination to determine whether or not you placed an order. This is done to pay our partners for referring you and recommending us to a potiential customer.
- We work with re-targerting companies like MyThings to track your browsing choices, which can then be used to re-advertise across the internet on other websites you may visit allowing you to return to us should you wish to do so. This can be opted out through a specific Advert you may see.
- We use Google Analytics to record our visitors data in order to help us monitor our webshops popularity and customer trends.
- We work with some email retargeting companies like VeInteractive who email our customers that changed their mind about placing an order. These emails are limited to 3 and are only sent to failed order clients.

OneClickPharmacy MARKETPLACE as at the sole discretion to accept, refuse, and terminate accounts. The website reserves the right to refuse access, edit content, and cancel orders at their discretion. No fee will be charged for orders canceled by OneClickPharmacy MARKETPLACE to customers. Merchants are expected to fulfill their obligation to provide goods to the consumer. In the event that the Merchant fails to fulfill an order, the seller fees are non-refundable and can only be returned in special circumstances where a request needs to be filed with the administration team.

It is the merchant's responsibility to ensure orders are received by the customers and in the event orders are reported missing, the merchant will need to claim their loses through insurance provided by the courier companies used. OneClickPharmacy recommends merchant's use tracked services for sending orders out especially if they are of high value. All POM, P and GSL medicines have to be sent out by a tracked services.

The Merchant is responsible for: any non-delivery, misdelivery, theft or other mistake or act in connection with the fulfilment and delivery of Your Products, except to the extent caused by: (a) credit card fraud for which we will liaise with the Bank and Merchant to provide all necessary evidence required (the merchant must have proof of postage and tracking codes); or (b) our failure to make available to you Order Information as it was received by us or resulting from address verification.

Customers contract is with the merchant they placed an order with and it is the merchant responsibility to ship orders or provide the appropriate services under the law. Any breaches can be reported to OneClickPharmacy for investigation.

Patient's are reminded to not place orders online on this platform if their orders are required as a matter of urgency due to uncontrollable factors that could affect your roder e.g. Delays by Couriers, natural disasters, strikes and other business operational hazards.
By placing an order with a OneClickPharmacy merchant, you forego all liability on OneClickPharmacy who is simply a mediator that faciliates a transaction to occur.

3. Seller Fees.
No fee will be charged for orders canceled by OneClickPharmacy MARKETPLACE to customers. Merchants are expected to fulfill their obligation to provide goods to the consumer. In the event that the Merchant fails to fulfill an order, the seller fees are non-refundable and can only be returned in special circumstances where a request needs to be filed with the administration team.

Annual Subscription fees are non refundable, once you sign up, you will have full access to the platform for the paid subscription. Your rights to access or sell will only be revoked if you are in violation of our policies.

All merchant subscription fees are charged annually only.

We reserve the right to hold your funds in the event of account suspension (funds held for 90 days), customer dissatisfaction (funds held for 30 days) or similar.

OneClickPharmacy reserves the right to suspend your account without further notice or reasons provided.

4. Access to OneClickPharmacy MARKETPLACE
Although we try to provide you with continuous access to the website with error-free transmission, we cannot guarantee connectivity due to the nature of the internet. The website undergoes periodic repairs and maintenance, during which access to the website will be suspended or restricted. However, OneClickPharmacy MARKETPLACE does its best to limit the frequency and duration of limited access or restriction.

5. License for access to OneClickPharmacy MARKETPLACE
OneClickPharmacy MARKETPLACE offers a limited license to access the website for personal use. However, this does not include downloading and modifying in part or as a whole, without written consent of OneClickPharmacy MARKETPLACE. In addition, the license does not give users the right to resell or use the website or its contents for commercial use. The license also does not include:

c. You agree to notify ONECLICKDOCTOR of any noticeable side-effects of any prescribed treatment and allow ONECLICKDOCTOR to monitor any follow-up treatment. In return, ONECLICKDOCTOR will fulfill its duty of after-care.
