Extend your tongue. Place the Tongue Brush on the back of your tongue. Gently and thoroughly brush tongue several times, ending with an easy forward scraping motion. Rinse excess saliva and repeat as necessary. When finished, rinse your Tongue Brush with warm water. Replace your Tongue Brush every three months. If bad breath persists, consult your dentist.
