Dioralyte Relief Sachets Raspberry x 6

Dehydration does not just happen when you suffer from sickness and diarrhoea, even lying on the beach in the sun whilst you are on holiday can cause the body to dehydrate. Children are especially at risk of this. Dioralyte Relief is a rice based oral rehydration treatment. The varients rapidly replace lost salts and reduce the duration of diarrhoea. Dioralyte Relief is available in two flavours: raspberry and blackcurrant. Dioralyte Relief hydrates more effectively than glucose based treatments and is proven to be more that 25 times more effective at rehydration than tap water. Dioralyte Relief is also sugar-free and is suitable for children as young as 3 months.

Directions

Dioralyte Relief Sachets Raspberry x 6

Pour contents of 1 sachet into a large glass (200ml) of drinking water. Mix well and drink whole glassful. For infants and where drinking water is not available the water should be freshly boiled and cooled. Children: 5 sachets per day for 3-4 days following a loose motion. Infants 3 months - 1 year: use only under medical advice.

About the Brand

Dioralyte is used for replacement of lost fluids and electrolytes associated with acute diarrhoea. How does it work? Dioralyte sachets contain rehydration salts consisting of sugars and salts (glucose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and disodium hydrogen citrate). Dioralyte is used to replace body fluids lost as a result of acute diarrhoea. Diarrhoea makes you lose more fluids and electrolytes (salts such as sodium and potassium) than you usually would and can make you dehydrated.Dioralyte Sachets of rehydration salts are used to replace body fluids lost as a result of diarrhoea. This is particularly important in frail and elderly people and children with diarrhoea. The contents of the sachets are dissolved in water to provide the fluid. The sugar (glucose) that is in the sachets helps the water and electrolytes to be absorbed from the intestines.

I bought the Dioralyte Relief Sachets Raspberry x 6 and it turned to be a great product. There are a few Electrolyte & Fluid Retention products out there but I highly recommend Dioralyte . I found Dioralyte Relief Sachets Raspberry x 6 much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
