Earex Advance drops soften and remove ear wax, reducing the need for syringing. When used regularly (once a week) Earex Advance ear drops can help prevent ear wax build-up.
Earex Advance dual action ear drops contain glycerin to soften ear wax, and urea peroxide to break up the hardened ear wax deposits.
