Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Knee Support
Place Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Knee Support over the knee ensuring the smooth side faces the skin. The single strap should be outside the leg and the hole over the knee cap. Hold the support in place so that the hole remains over the knee cap, and wrap the middle strap under the knee and attach to the support. Wrap each of the remaining outside wraps under the knee and attach them to the support. Hold the support in place and adjust until it feels firm yet comfortable.
