How legitimate is One Click Pharmacy?
OneClickPharmacy is a fully licensed UK registered chemist that comes under the purview of Royal Pharmaceutical Society. Being a part of the National Pharmacy Association, we have the requisite permission to provide pharmaceutical services. We have our own registered premises from which we operate. How does an internet/online pharmacy work?
An online chemist is similar to a regular pharmacy, providing the same services and products as those you would find in any high street pharmacy, the only difference being that it provides its services through the internet. It’s like online shopping where you can make purchase while browsing through the net from the comfortable environs of your office or home. This way, we are able to pass on significant savings to our valuable customers because of lower overhead costs. It should be remembered that an online pharmacy does not in any way take the place of care provided by health care professionals and should only be used to supplement their services. If you are ever in need of urgent medical attention that requires the physical presence of a doctor, you should rush to the nearest health care professional or local GP.

Who are the people who manage OneClickPharmacy?

How safe is it to buy medication from an online pharmacy?
Our services are fully legitimate, come under the purview of law and comply with all UK regulations and laws. Buying medicines online can be a risky affair as there are quite a few illegal websites that sell unsafe and counterfeit designer life style drugs often featured in multimedia. These outfits mostly operate outside the UK. We are actively lobbying to get them closed. We do not fall into the same category as these shady outfits as our operations are completely transparent and supervised by the same UK bodies that look into the affairs of high street chemists. We are a professional organization and you can rest assured that the products you receive are original and safe to use.

What are these medical questionnaires I find when I order for non prescription products at the checkout stage?
You cannot order more than the maximum quantity of medicines on our sites especially many of the painkillers. This is a legal requirement which you have to comply with.

Our pharmacists will ask you a series of relevant and simple questions at the check out stage, mostly to determine if the product is the right one for you or not. The answers you give will be treated with confidentiality and discretion. Our pharmacists aim to help you attain the best healthcare possible without compromising your safety, so please answer all questions carefully.

If you are ordering for a pharmaceutical medication indicated by a [P] on our website, you need to provide additional information on a short questionnaire. This is for the pharmacist to check whether the medication is appropriate or not. Your order will be swiftly processed and dispatched to your delivery address in case there are no problems. You need to sign for the parcel when it is delivered to you. At times, our pharmacist may directly contact you to discuss about some particular item (such as the amount of aspirin or Paracetamol you require) you have added to your shopping cart.

What if I have problems with my prescription order?
If you find the order is incomplete or you have not received it, please inform us at the earliest. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for prescription medications that have already been dispatched.

In case you have any problem with your prescription order, please contact the pharmacist who is dealing with it. The details of the pharmacist are included in the mails we send to you and also in the delivery documents. In case your complaint is still unresolved, please contact the Superintendent Pharmacist of OneClickPharmacy Limited. You can either send a mail addressed to pharmacist@oneclickpharmacy.co.uk or fill in the Contact Us form.

If this does not settle the issue, you may take it up with the Health Authority (their contact details can be found in the local telephone directory.)

What happens if I am not present to receive the order?
If you have ordered high value medications or items, we insist on your signature at the time of delivery to ensure that the parcel has reached its intended destination. If you are not in at the time to sign for the delivery, the items will return to the local area post office collection center. You will have to go there to collect the items. If you fail to collect your merchandize from there, they will be sent back to OneClickPharmacy and you may be charged extra for redelivery.
