Adults and children over 12 years: Take one sachet morning and evening, or as recommended by your doctor. Children aged 6-12 years: Give half of one sachet, morning and evening. Children under 6 years: Should only take Fybogel Natural on doctor's advice

Each Fybogel sachet contains the active ingredient: Ispaghula husk 3.5g. Other ingredients: Aspartame (E951) and saccharin sodium sweeteners, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, polysorbate 80, silica colloidal anhydrous, citric acid and beta-carotene and riboflavine sodium phosphate colouring.
