Directions for Use: For nasal use only. Adults and the elderly hold the container upright, place the tip of the spray nozzle in each nostril in turn and squeeze the container twice firmly as you breathe in. Repeat up to 2 times daily or use at bedtime to

I bought the Galpharm Nasal Decongestant Spray x 15ml and it turned to be a great product. There are a few Nasal Formulations products out there but I highly recommend Galpharm . I found Galpharm Nasal Decongestant Spray x 15ml much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
