Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily after meals as a food supplement, Selenium can not be manufactured by body, so daily intake is necessary.

Each capsule contains (average): Selenium 100ug, Vitamin E (400iu) mg.

Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Gelatin, Glycerol, Vegetable Shortening, Selenium Yeast (selenomethionine), Soybean Oil, Purified Water, Lecithin, Yellow Beeswax,Hydrogenated Soybean Oil.

Free from: Corn, Dairy, Salt, Sugar, Artificial Colour, Preservatives & Flavouring.

I bought the Healthaid Selenium 100µg + Vitamin E 400iu and it turned to be a great product. There are a few Selenium products out there but I highly recommend Healthaid . I found Healthaid Selenium 100µg + Vitamin E 400iu much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
