Lamisil AT Cream:
Lamisil At 1%Cream is used for the treatment of fungal skin conditions such as tinea (athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm) and candida skin infections, while relieving the itching, burning, cracking and scaling which accompany these conditions.
Each of these conditions is an infection of the outer layer of skin caused by fungus. Athlete's foot can occur between the toes or on the bottom or sides of foot. The symptoms of athlete's foot may include redness, painful cracking of the skin, an annoying itching and/or a burning sensation. You may also see blisters.
Jock itch occurs in the genital area and can also spread to the top of your legs. The symptoms of jock itch may include scaly, reddish, ring-shaped patches, which tend to form complete rings with raised borders. Ringworm occurs in ring-shaped patches on the skin of your face, body, arms and/or legs.
Lamisil At 1%Cream is a rich soothing cream in a moisturising formula and is ideal when skin is very inflamed, dry or cracked.
Lamisil At 1%Cream contains a fungicide ingredient: terbinafine, and treats Athlete’s Foot with seven daily applications on average. It’s therefore shorter than most 'anti-fungal treatments', which simply arrest the development of the fungus and can take up to four weeks to get rid of the condition.
Directions
Lamisil AT 1% Cream x 7.5g
We would advise that you apply this cream 2-3 times a day every day until at least 7-10 days after symptoms have disappeared, to avoid the infection returning. Please see your doctor if symptoms do not start to improve within the first few days.
Warnings
Lamisil AT 1% Cream x 7.5g
Lamisil is for external use only. Do not use Lamisil on nails or scalp, in or near the mouth or the eyes or for vaginal yeast infections. When using this product do not get into the eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Stop use and ask a doctor if too much irritation occurs or if symptoms get worse. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control centre right away. Do not use if Lamisil seal on tube is broken or is not visible.
