I bought the Neutrogena Lipcare SPF 20 and it turned to be a great product. There are a few Dry Lips products out there but I highly recommend Neutrogena . I found Neutrogena Lipcare SPF 20 much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
