NightNurse Capsules contain Paracetamol, Promethazine and Dextromethorphan: Paracetamol is an analgesic (a pain killer) and antipyretic (it reduces body temperature when you have a fever), Promethazine is an antihistamine which dries up a runny nose, so easing breathing Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant which relieves dry or tickly coughs.

I bought the Night Nurse Capsules x 10 Capsules and it turned to be a great product. There are a few Tablets & Capsules products out there but I highly recommend Night Nurse . I found Night Nurse Capsules x 10 Capsules much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
