Developed by a pharmacist, Shantys Nitcomb-M2 has two rows of teeth - fine and extra fine. Shantys patented two row technology comb doubles the effectiveness you get with a single row comb. The front row of teeth glides through the hair removing the larger head lice, followed by the rear extra fine row, which removes any smaller head lice, nits and eggs.
Caution :
Head lice are easily passed from one member of the family or friend to another. When heads touch a had louse will walk from one head to the other, especially if it is clean and warm.

Since wetness aids combing, this method is easier and avoids tangled hair. Comb wet hair with the conditioner, to remove live and dead head lice, eggs and nits with Nitcomb.
Take a small lock of hair. Position the Nitcomb at the top of the head and comb gently and carefully starting from the roots, doward towards the hair ends. Repeat over the whole head especially behind the ears and in the nape of the neck. One may notice rapidly moving adult head louse otherwise it is difficult to detect since it is similar in colour to the hair. One is more likely to see tiny white eggs and nits attached to the base of the hair strand nearer the warm scalp where female louse lays the eggs. Nits are dead empty eggshells.
Rinse and clean comb between teeth with warm clean soapy water using fine nail brush during and after combing. Thoroughly rinse and dry once finished, then store in a dry place.
