Standard Delivery charge £2.85
For all orders under £35 we charge £2.85 for UK delivery, regardless of weight and size. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class delivery postal costs (Recorded delivery for medicines). This is the total cost of Postage & Packaging regardless of the number of items you order. The vast majority of orders are despatched either on the same or following working day. A signature may be required on receipt.

We deliver all NHS prescription orders FREE of charge within the UK using 1st Class Recorded delivery in an unmarked discreet package. We aim to despatch prescription orders on the same working same day as we receive your original paper prescription. If you also order other items along with your prescription request, you will have to pay a delivery charge if the order total is under £35.
Note: Certain weight restrictions apply on all UK orders.

We deliver to regions outside of Europe at a charge of £13.99 regardless of your order value. Delivery is usually within 5-10 days (determined by your country’s postal handler). All prices shown online on our website include VAT. At checkout VAT (15%) will be deducted where applicable.
