The Government's Chief Medical Officer advises that all women planning a pregnancy should take 400ug of folic acid supplement daily from the start of trying to conceive until the 12th week of pregnancy. Folic acid is required for the proper development of the baby's neural system. Our Pregnancy supplement contains a carefully calculated spectrum of nutrients designed to provide nutritional support from conception to the day you finish breast feeding. Each tablet gives you the precise daily amount of folic acid recommended, as well as important easily absorbed, vitamin E.
