The recommended dose for adults and the elderly is one lozenge every half hour. Children of 6-12 years one lozenge every hour and under 6 years one lozenge every two hours.

I bought the Zubes Bags Original Lozenges x 36g and it turned to be a great product. There are a few Lozenges products out there but I highly recommend Zubes . I found Zubes Bags Original Lozenges x 36g much cheaper on OneClickPharmacy and saved quite a bit.
